The Files page lists all your uploaded inputs and converted outputs in one place.
What you'll see
A table of your files with:

Download
Click Download to get a presigned URL that lasts 5 minutes. The download starts immediately in your browser.
Delete
Click Delete to immediately remove a file and its underlying object from storage. This is permanent — there is no undo.
Deleting an input file
If you delete an input file, any conversion still referencing it may fail. Delete with care.
Auto-deletion
Files are automatically removed after their retention window:

The Expires column shows a countdown. Once the file hits its expiry, the cleanup cron (which runs every 15 minutes) deletes the MinIO object and the database row.
